A large semi-truck trailer company in the Midwest has an opening for a truck trailer Sales Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is interested in the truck trailer industry. This position may lead to growth and advancement opportunities for the right individual.

In this position you will:

  • Communicate and serve as a key contact with customers.
  • Work directly with Sales Reps.
  • Drive a spotter tractor to move trailers.
  • Set up deliveries and pickups and check trailers in and out.
  • Maintain the lot.
  • Quote and fulfill customer orders.
  • Perform used trailer appraisals and identify repair work needed.
  • Serve as the liaison between sales and service.
  • Utilize computer to upload pictures and various specifications into the computer system.
  • Perform numerous other duties as assigned.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Relationship builder
  • Organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience with semi-truck trailers, automotive, heavy equipment, etc. is preferred but not required.
  • Customer service and sales experience are preferred but not required.
